This is the final game from before I took a break for this challenge. As you can tell, I didn't quite feel motivated to write a proper review for this game, but for more detailed thoughts, you can basically check out my review for the first The Elder Scrolls game. Daggerfall is massive, sure, but it is similarly generic and has not aged well.

Looks like I forgot to leave a review for this game back when I played it last year. To be honest, there isn't much to say here as someone who over the years has learned about himself that he does enjoy retro games, but cannot overcome obscure or obtuse control schemes.

OVERALL | 58/100

The Elder Scrolls II Daggerfall plays like an early to mid 90s cRPG, which means horribly. Overcoming this gives you the chance to experience the incredibly vast, albeit procedurally generated world. Yes, the game is a large sandbox, but a repetitive and generic one.
